A: Did your rabbits, your birds ever bite electric wires?

A:你的兔子或小鳥會咬電線嗎?

A: To avoid inconvenience, protect wires from your rabbits if possible. But anyway even if the wires are bit by your lovely pets, don’t worry! Just re-connect it.

A:為了避免不方便,最好先將電線保護好,避免兔子或鳥來咬。不過即使電線被咬斷了,也不必煩惱,只要把電線重新接起來就行了。

B: Re-connect it!

But I don’t know how.

Here is an easy way for you to re-connect the wire:

B: 接電線!可是我不知道怎麼接啊!

A:啊, 這你別擔心!

下面就有一個簡單的接線方法,教你自己動手做:

A: You do not really need professional tools to do this , all you need is a knife, a pair of scissors, and insulation tape.

A:不需要準備專業的工具, 只需要一把美工刀、一把剪刀、一卷絕緣膠帶就可以了。

HOME EXPERT: Firstly, separate the two strands at the broken section and cut apart the broken strand

居家大師:

首先, 將咬斷部分的兩股電線切開或撕開, 並將已被咬斷的股剪斷

Then disclose the conductive core wire for a small length by carefully peeling the insulation cover of each open end out of the strands

其次,小心地將絕緣封膠剝掉一小截, 留下導電銅線

Thirdly, twist the core wires together

第三,將兩端的裸露銅線重新纏繞在一起

Fourthly, wrap the twisted core wire with insulation tape, then tape the two strands together again

第四,用絕緣膠布,將已纏合的導電銅線包好, 並將分開的兩股黏合,

即大功告成了。
